Hello and welcome to my DITFT challenge story! First of all, I’d like to thank you for dropping by and reading. This blog is home to my Differences in the Family Tree challenge story called A Different Path: The Shaw Family Legacy. It is the story of an orphaned young man looking to make his way in the world and found a family that will last for many generations. If you are unfamiliar with the DITFT Challenge you can read the official rules here. My story will be following a slightly modified version of the rules, which you can find here. This is the first time I’ve ever attempted a challenge like this, and I will be attempting to write a story to go along with it. Feel free to comment. In fact, I’d love to see what you think of my story, but please no flaming or anything. I’m sensitive like that. :P Constructive criticism is fine, however. :) Anyway, on with the show!
